Suggesto is a product-recommendation layer for modern e-commerce. Instead of relying on filters and “you may also like” carousels, you build a short, on-brand Product Advisor that asks the shopper a handful of questions and sends them straight to the product that actually fits.

Every Product Advisor also captures the shopper as a lead, so your brand keeps the email and the answers for follow-up — even if the shopper closes the tab before buying.

Direct-to-consumer brands, marketplaces, creators and agencies that sell a catalogue where the buyer often asks “which one is right for me?” — skincare, supplements, coffee, pet food, fragrances, gifting, electronics, courses, services and similar.

A Product Advisor is a short quiz. You write the questions in plain English and tag each answer with the words you use to describe your products.

The shopper answers a handful of questions, sees a personalised recommendation, and can click through to buy. You can capture an email at the start or end of the quiz to deliver the result and keep the lead.

A typical Product Advisor takes one short sitting: add your products, write a few questions, tag the answers, and publish. There is no review queue between “save” and the live URL.

Yes. Every Product Advisor can be embedded as an iframe on any site — Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, WordPress, custom Next.js storefronts, landing-page builders, even plain HTML. A small script auto-resizes the iframe to fit its content so the shopper never sees scrollbars.

You can also link to the hosted advisor page directly, or point a QR code at it from print and packaging.

Recommendations are based on the tags you set on your products and answers. The match is deterministic: the same set of answers always produces the same recommendation, so the result is repeatable and easy to reason about.

You do. Leads captured through your Product Advisors belong to your brand. Suggesto processes them on your behalf as a data processor — we do not sell them and we do not share them with third parties.

You can export your full lead list as CSV from the admin panel at any time, or forward each completion to your own system via the per-advisor webhook.

Yes. We do not run third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

Each lead-capture form has a configurable consent line that you can use to disclose what the email will be used for. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.

Suggesto ships with three integration paths today: Google Analytics 4 (server-side via the Measurement Protocol), a per-advisor webhook that fires on every completion with the lead and recommendations (HMAC-signed), and CSV lead export from the admin panel.

Suggesto is free to use while we are in active build-out. There are no paid plans, billing pages or volume limits yet; the focus is on getting the product right with early teams.

Partially. You can write a Product Advisor's questions, answers and product copy in any language and recommendations will still work correctly. The simplest pattern today is to publish one Product Advisor per language and link to it from the appropriate page on your site.

What we do not yet have: a per-advisor language switcher in the player, or translated chrome (the buttons, progress bar and email-capture strings are English).

Each Product Advisor has a built-in analytics view over a date range you choose: views, starts, completions, completion rate, helpful/not-helpful votes on results, product click count, and a daily funnel chart. A separate per-product tab breaks results down by product.

Completions can also be streamed into Google Analytics 4 server-side, and leads can be exported as CSV from the admin panel.

Yes. Edits to questions, answers and tags take effect immediately. Lead history is preserved across edits so you can still see who came in through earlier versions of the quiz.

Take care when deleting a product or an answer that was being recommended — the change goes live as soon as you save, so existing in-flight sessions will see the new state.

You can delete a Product Advisor at any time from the admin panel. Deletion is immediate: the Product Advisor, its questions, the recommendations and the captured lead data for that advisor are removed from the database when you confirm.

To delete the whole account, email support@suggesto.me from the registered address and we will close the account and erase the workspace, subject to legal retention requirements.
