1. What is Suggesto?
Suggesto is a product-recommendation layer for modern e-commerce. Instead of relying on filters and “you may also like” carousels, you build a short, on-brand quiz (a “finder”) that asks the shopper a handful of questions and sends them straight to the product that actually fits.
Every quiz also captures the shopper as a lead, so your brand keeps the email and the answers for follow-up — even if the shopper closes the tab before buying.
2. Who is Suggesto for?
Suggesto is built for direct-to-consumer brands, marketplaces, creators and agencies that sell a catalogue where the buyer often asks “which one is right for me?” — skincare, supplements, coffee, pet food, fragrances, gifting, electronics, courses, services and similar.
If the path from landing page to checkout is more than two clicks of confusion, a finder almost always lifts conversion.
3. How does a Suggesto finder work?
A finder is a short quiz. You write the questions in plain English, tag the answers with the same words you use to describe your products, and Suggesto's scoring engine matches the two.
The shopper answers between three and ten questions, sees a personalised recommendation, and can click through to buy. You can ask for an email at the end to deliver the result and capture the lead.
4. How long does it take to build a finder?
Most teams ship their first finder in under an hour. You can paste a product catalogue (or import via CSV), write three to five questions, tag the answers, and publish. The AI-assisted draft tool can write a first pass for you from a short brief.
Tuning the scoring weights and styling the finder to match your brand usually adds another hour or two.
5. Can I embed a finder on my own site?
Yes. Every finder can be embedded as an iframe with per-finder theming on any site — Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, WordPress, custom Next.js storefronts, landing-page builders, even plain HTML. The shopper never knows they are interacting with a separate tool.
