Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Suggesto, a product of Adhish.in (the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Suggesto platform, websites at suggesto.me and any associated APIs, embeds, mobile or desktop clients (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, embedding a finder, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent, and that you accept these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

You must notify us promptly at security@suggesto.me if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised until the issue is resolved.

The Service is offered on a free tier and paid tiers. Current features and limits for each tier are listed in-product and may change with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we cancel a plan within the first seven days of a new subscription and the customer requests a refund in writing.

Taxes (including GST) are added where applicable. You are responsible for any withholding obligations imposed by your local jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, misleading, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or discrimination.

You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, resell access to it, or use it to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend a finder, remove content, or terminate an account that violates this section, with or without notice, and we will use reasonable judgement before doing so.

You retain ownership of the finders, products, copy, images, and other content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Suggesto a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, render and display Customer Content as needed to operate the Service for you.

Leads captured through your finders belong to you. We process them on your behalf. You are the data controller; we are the data processor. See the Privacy Policy for details and for our data-protection commitments.

The Service, its underlying software, the Suggesto name and marks, and any improvements we make to the platform remain the property of the Company. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

Feedback you send us about the Service may be used to improve the product without obligation to you, but we will never publish your feedback in a way that identifies you without your consent.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example Google Vertex AI for quiz drafting, AWS S3 for asset storage, or your email provider). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Finders may also contain affiliate or outbound links to merchant sites. Suggesto does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the products or experiences on those external sites.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers on paid plans may be offered a service-level commitment in their plan or order form. In the absence of such a written commitment, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

Except where stated explicitly in writing, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Company's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand or proceeding brought by a third party arising out of (a) your Customer Content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may cancel your account at any time from the admin panel or by emailing support. On cancellation, paid features end at the close of the current billing period and Customer Content becomes read-only for a thirty-day grace window before deletion.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a security risk, or that we are required by law to remove.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Bengaluru, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or by a notice inside the admin panel at least fourteen days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
